Our Six-Week Adventure

Each week, Warrior Kid Yogis focuses on a powerful life theme, helping children grow in confidence, resilience, and mindfulness as they explore yoga in a fun and engaging way.

Here’s what your child will experience:

Week 1: Resilience & perseverance💪

Kids learn to keep going even when things feel tough, using yoga poses and inspiring stories that build inner strength.

Week 2: Empathy & Compassion💛

Through partner activities and mindful exercises, children discover how to understand and care for others.

Week Three: Patience & Tolerance

With calming yoga postures, breathwork, and playful challenges, kids practice the art of waiting and understanding.

Week Four: Positive Self-Image 🌟

Empowering affirmations, uplifting stories, and confidence-boosting poses help children embrace self-love and belief in themselves.

Week Five: Discipline & Focus 🎯

Children learn how to set intentions, focus their energy, and stay committed both on the mat and in everyday life.

Week Six: Achieving Goals 🏁

To celebrate their journey, kids explore how to set meaningful goals and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment.
